Liquid Crystals and Polymers Group – CLiP
Design of organic dyes with good characteristics as sensitisers of TiO2 nanostructures and study of photovoltaic properties, as well as the production of hydrogen from water electrolysis. Therefore, composite nanomaterials formed from a dye and carbon nanostructures will be characterised and tested. In addition to the study of the conversion of light into electrical energy, the improvement of the chemical stability of the prepared materials will also be considered.
