Mª José Martínez Pérez, awarded with the “Academia de Investigación 2021 Award” – awards ceremony, December 1
The Real Academia de Ciencias Exactas, Físicas, Químicas y Naturales de Zaragoza awards the researcher of the Instituto de Nanociencia y Materiales de Aragón, INMA (CSIC-UNIZAR), Doña Mª José Martínez Pérez with the Research Academy Award 2021 in the physics section for her research on “The Josephson effect and its applications: nanoSQUID sensors for magnetic characterisation at the nanoscale”.
In addition to María José Martínez Pérez, the award in the Exact Sciences section went to Esther Pueyo Paules, Professor at the School of Engineering and Architecture of the University of Zaragoza, for her work on “Mathematical modelling and computational simulation of spatio-temporal variability in cardiac electrical activity”.
The prize-giving ceremony will take place on Wednesday, 1st December, at 19:00 in the Conference Hall of the Faculty of Science.
