Dr. Thomas S. van Zanten

Grupo de investigación: Bionanosurf

My research focusses on the interphase between biology and photonics. I am intrigued by how living cells process signals at their plasma membrane. To obtain the required sensitivity and resolution I use fluorescence and tools from the field of nanophotonics.

Research Interests
Cell membrane | Signal transduction | Single-molecule fluorescence | Nanophotonics

Location: Campus Río Ebro

E-mail: t.vanzanten@csic.es & t.vanzanten@unizar.es
