Project summary: This research, supervised by Dr Eduardo Laga Lázaro and Dr Jesús del Barrio Lasheras, focuses on the development of new methodologies for improving medical diagnostics. The work explores the use of dynamic covalent chemistry through enzymatic pathways and self-assembly processes to optimise the functionality of antibodies used in chemiluminescent immunoassays.
Collaborating institutions: The project has been developed within the University of Zaragoza’s PhD Programme in Organic Chemistry, featuring collaboration with the Aragon Nanoscience and Materials Institute (INMA), the company Certest, and support from the Ministry of Science and Innovation.
