Practical course “Micro and Nano-Characterisation of Surfaces and Materials”, aimed at companies and industries
From the Advanced Microscopy Laboratory is proud to announce the launch of the fourth course on Micro- and Nano-Characterisation of Surfaces and Materials, aimed at companies.
TECHNIQUES PRESENTED: transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and double electron and ion beam microscopy (DUAL BEAM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), sample preparation methods.
The possible industrial applications of the techniques analysed will be presented.

SPACES: 24, in order of registration. The course is broken down into a first theoretical part online and a practical part on-site at the LMA facilities. The groups will be small and with hygienic safety measures.
