Phase II Seminar – Capabilities Dossier: ‘Boosting innovation and transfer’
Phase II Seminar – Capabilities Dossier: ‘Boosting innovation and transfer’
The Aragon Nanoscience and Materials Institute (INMA), a joint institute of CSIC and UNIZAR, in its aim to boost transfer, wants to make the technological capabilities of its research groups known to companies.
To this end, the aim is to create a professional catalogue that incorporates the Institute’s know-how through the description of its technological capabilities.
In November 2024, with the help of the consultancy firm ‘Por Qué No’, the first Workshop was organised to collect the first INMA capabilities.
Continuing with the same dynamic, a brief explanatory seminar will be held on 1 July to present in detail the objective of the next two INMA Technological Capabilities Workshops, to be held on 17 July and in September.
Research group leaders will participate, where the aim is to raise awareness among the rest of the research staff about the importance of the visibility of our capabilities and their transfer potential, and so that they can help to identify and invite other colleagues from the institute to the workshop.
During the seminar:
- The importance of transfer and visibility in the scientific-technological field will be contextualised.
- The approach and objectives of the workshop on 17 and September will be presented.
- An example of a technological capabilities sheet will be shown, which will serve as a reference model.
- The potential of each group in terms of transfer will be estimated as a guideline.
- Beyond making visible what is being done in the Institution, the aim is to generate new connections and opportunities for INMA as a whole.
The seminar will be held in person on July 1, from 9:30 to 11:00, in the Conference Room, Edificio I+Dçi, C/ Mariano Esquillor, s/n, Río Ebro Campus.
