Reunión Nacional de Electrocerámica (EC16)

EC16 Reunión Nacional de Electrocerámica – Jaca, from 28th to 30th June 2023

The 16th edition of the Reunión Nacional de Electrocerámica will take place in Jaca from 28 to 30 June 2023.

The meeting is being organised by the Instituto de Nanociencia y Materiales de Aragón, INMA, joint institute of CSIC and the University of Zaragoza and the section ‘Ceramics for energy and electronics’ of the Sociedad Española de Cerámica y Vidrio (SECV).

The meeting will address some of the materials challenges that need to be addressed to create a more sustainable world in which electroceramics have an undisputed role to play.

The conference will cover the latest advances in electroceramics with unique electrical, optical and magnetic properties, with applications in devices such as capacitors, sensors, actuators, fuel cells, emerging technologies such as 5G communications and the Internet of Things, and many others. In essence, technologies that make our lives more efficient, convenient and sustainable. To this end, research into new materials and new technologies must ensure resource and performance efficiency, recyclability and waste reduction.
