9th edition of the Spanish Workshop in Nanolithography

The 9th edition of the Spanish Workshop in Nanolitography will be held in Santa Pola, Alicante from October 22 to 24, 2025, at the Castle of Santa Pola. Nanolito is the Spanish Nanolithography Network and is coordinated by José María de Teresa (INMA). The abstract submission is open until June 20th.

Nanolithography encompasses the set of lithographic techniques that make it possible to manufacture nanodevices and therefore represents a key element in Nanotechnology. Nanolito has been funded from 2009 to 2014 by the Ministry of Science through complementary actions. For 2016 and 2017, the MINECO is funding the Network of Excellence in Nanolithography, whose purpose is the exchange and transfer of knowledge between Spanish agents (research groups, centres and companies) in the field of nanolithography. Since its creation, Nanolito aims to optimise the use and coordination of the scientific-technological infrastructures that currently exist in Spain in the field of Nanolithography.

INMA researchers José Mª de Teresa and Soraya Sangiao are part of the organising committee of this workshop.

Pilar Cea, also an INMA researcher, has been invited to give an oral presentation.
