Summary:
Over the past two decades, graphene has attracted a great deal of attention due to its extraordinary properties. When these properties are translated into applications graphene could have a large impact in various industries and markets such as telecommunications, healthcare, automotive, etc.
Graphene’s electronic and mechanical properties make it an ideal candidate to be applied in various types of sensors. The sensors’ market is extremely large since we are dealing with the automotive, electronics and healthcare industries among others. Therefore, it is an excellent starting platform for graphene applications.
During this talk, I will cover the fabrication of graphene and the use of graphene in various types of sensors.
