Presentation of the new proteomic analysis services and MALDI IMAGING – 19 September
The Proteomics Services of the Instituto Aragonés de Ciencias de la Salud (IACS), of the Government of Aragón, and the Mass Spectrometry Services of the Centro de Química y Materiales de Aragón (CEQMA), a joint centre of the CSIC and the University of Zaragoza, have recently acquired a TIMSTOF FLEX (Bruker) high resolution mass spectrometer coupled to an Evosep HPLC.
This new equipment allows to perform differential protein expression experiments in protein liquid extracts by HPLC-ESI-MS/MS. In addition, it is possible to perform Spatial Omics studies using the MALDI IMAGING technique that allows the detection of different molecular profiles (lipids, small molecule and peptides) in tissue sections.
The session will take place on Tuesday, 19 September 2023, from 9 am to 1 pm, in the Assembly Hall of the CIBA, C. de San Juan Bosco, 13, Zaragoza.
