Abstract
During this presentation the following topics will be addressed:
1. Atom probe tomography and its adoption in materials science as a complementary solution to TEM.
2. Effects of neutron irradiation on metals observed with atom probe tomography.
3. Advantages of atom probe tomography in multilayer devices (III-V) and other semiconductor structures.
4. Questions and other applications
The Laboratorio de Microscopías Avanzadas (LMA) is administratively dependent on the University of Zaragoza and is linked to the Instituto de Nanociencia y Materiales de Aragón (INMA), a joint institute of the Spanish National Research Council and the University of Zaragoza.
