The expert will share her insights into the transition from lab-scale R&D to industrial-scale technology for the production of green hydrogen.\n\nDate: 10 February 2026.\nTime: 12:00 PM.\nVenue: Sala de Grados, Faculty of Sciences, San Francisco Campus.\n\nAbout the talk: The presentation will provide an overview of Topsoe’s solid oxide electrolysis cell (SOEC) technology, which is fundamental to their large-scale decarbonisation strategy. It will cover everything from nanoscale R&D to results from demonstration units, including performance, lifespan, and robustness testing of cell stacks, as well as an update on their industrial manufacturing facilities.\nAbout the speaker: Anne Hauch is a materials scientist with over 20 years’ experience in inorganic chemistry and high-temperature electrochemistry.
